British Nomoeopathic Association The British Homeopathic Association exists to promote homeopathy practised by doctors and other healthcare professionals. We strongly believe that homeopathy should be fully integrated into the healthcare system and available as a treatment choice for everyone. As a charity founded in 1902, they have a long-established reputation for providing authoritative information and supporting research and training in homeopathy. They work closely with the Faculty of Homeopathy, the professional body for doctors and other healthcare professionals who have qualified in homeopathy and incorporate it into their everyday practice. |

Faculty of Homoeopathy The Faculty of Homeopathy promotes the academic and scientific development of homeopathy and ensures the highest standards in the education, training and practice of homeopathy by statutorily registered healthcare professionals. Members of the Faculty are dentists, doctors, nurses, midwives, osteopaths, pharmacists, podiatrists and veterinary surgeons who integrate homeopathy into their practice within the bounds of their profession. The Faculty was incorporated by an Act of Parliament in 1950 and has over 1400 members worldwide. Faculty-accredited postgraduate courses are taught at a number of locations in the UK and overseas. Students are encouraged to sit the specialist examinations which lead to the Faculty's qualifications: LFHom, MFHom, VetMFHom and DFHom. The Faculty's qualifications have a reputation for setting the standard in homeopathic education for healthcare professionals. An international organisation The Faculty also publishes Homeopathy, the leading international journal in the field. As well as being an active member of the international homeopathic community, the Faculty is one of the founding members of the European Committee for Homeopathy, which has developed a European code of professional conduct and agreed standards of training in homeopathic medicine in the European Union. |
